Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. hozloxdur25 reserves the right to decline or cancel any account application without providing a reason. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address remains active and accessible for verification and official communications.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you. hozloxdur25 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the hozloxdur25 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out below. The following lists what is prohibited and what is required:
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to access or manipulate the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to defraud, manipulate, or abuse the payment system, promotions, or gaming opportunities.
- Opening more than one account to gain an unfair advantage or to evade restrictions.
- Sharing your account with other users or transferring account ownership to a third party.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or carrying out any form of cyberattack against the platform's infrastructure.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the hozloxdur25 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (Instant Internet Banking) via major Malaysian banks and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
Winnings withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the following procedure:
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to first-time processing.
- Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on the chosen method.
- Hozloxdur25 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify a user's identity before approving any withdrawal.
- Any withdrawal attempt to a bank account not registered under the same user's name may be declined.
- The platform is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Hozloxdur25 reserves the right to review all suspicious transactions and may temporarily freeze an account pending investigation if any unusual activity is identified.
Account Policy, Liability Limit & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Hozloxdur25 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or activity that poses a risk to the platform or other users. In the event of a justified suspension, any available balance remaining after applicable administrative fees have been deducted will be returned to the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. hozloxdur25's decisions regarding account closure are final.
Liability Limit
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, hozloxdur25 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding continuous availability or freedom from technical errors. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and are undertaken entirely at their own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hozloxdur25 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of hozloxdur25 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. hozloxdur25 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from these terms, and any such disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
